Taking a breath

Have you ever tried to see how long you could hold your breath under the water?
It gets almost scary at the end but at the same time you have the control to just put your head up. The relief... its so refreshing as you gasp in the air.

I feel like I have been holding my breath for a while now and finally I can breathe again!
It got down to minutes before the meeting and I kept asking God what can I pray what can I do... NOTHING... but but I responded... PRAY FOR PROTECTION OVER THOSE INVOLVED... ok and then what?... NOTHING ELSE!
The meeting was fine... it was good. God is faithful to give us nothing beyond what we can handle... in HIS strength!

I am leaving for Germany at the end of the week. Part of me wants to stay but part of me knows its important for me to rest!
