How time flies...

Already it was 4 days ago since I last updated this....

Today it is officially 3 weeks since I have been in Russia!!! WOW!!! I know it doesn't really seem like much but when I think of who I was three weeks ago... I am absoutley completely changed. YEAH GOD!!
Perhaps anyone, anywhere can say that, as three weeks is quite a long time and we are all changing and growing...
What have you learned in the last 3 weeks?
How are you different now, then you were 3 weeks ago?
How many new people have you met?

I am not saying this to brag in anyway... I am just writing out my thoughts about the fact that I have been here for that amount of time!!!

I don't think I want to write anything else today but I need to mention the conflict between Russia and Georgia... perhaps you have heard about it, perhaps you have not.
Please remember it in prayer!!
I think today I really felt it as I was told that I was not able to be involved in a children's ministry opportunity because I can only speak English and that is not a good thing as they will think I am American...etc...
I was a little shocked and had to take a few minutes...
even now I don't fully understand, I don't think I can... but I think there is fear there, there is propaganda, there is politics, there is just a lot of things going on that are way outside of my control.
There are other people who are affected way more then me... remember them
