... it has been harder then I thought it would be.
Harder to reconnect, especially when I don't necessarily want to!
I ask fro your prayers as these days have been a definite challenge.
I am still struggling with the time change... and I am still a little stressed out with all that is happening back in Russia... many changes which I will write about later.
God has been challenging me to be here, in Canada, in Airdrie. It is my heart to make the most of my time here. I have wonderful family and friends here who are supporting me day to day...
PRAISE REPORTS!
- I applied for my passport and I will pick it up on December 4th!
- Someone is letting me borrow a Rosetta Stone Russian language course while I am home - what a blessing to help me continue in my language studies.
- Reconnecting with family and friends around the city!
Psalm 96 has been a real encouragement to me... to "Sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth. Sing to the LORD, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day." PSalme 961,2
When it comes down to it... I am safe and sound here in Canada, I was not deported, we found favor with the Russian Authorities which is meaning favor in other areas as well. I get to be home for Christmas and on and on...
so REJOICE!!!
I hope some of what I wrote made some sense... thoughts scattered!
