RUSSIA UPDATE

I will write now so I don't forget tomorrow.

I have my passport. My application to get an invitation letter in order to recieve a Russian visa has been submitted. I am hoping to recieve it before the 31st of December... please pray.

Leadership changes... they are in a three month trial period where everyone on staff is involved in all the decision making. This is so that all the staff are able to understand the processes behind what those on a leadership team would be doing. After hte 3 months is up they will gradually be moving into having a leadership team
Please pray as this is a difficult process for many of the staff and lots of mixed reactions. They are revisiting issues like vision statement, staff commintment and responsibilities and many other things.

I am still working on the YWAM Rostov website. Please pray for me in this as it has been a more difficult uindertaking then I thought it would be. I need wisdom and understanding!!
I am working together with those in Russia on making the first ever YWAM Rostov Newsletter. It is an exciting undertaking... please pray that we would be wise in our communication.
